By accessing and using this website (argisa.id), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions, which are governed by applicable Indonesian manpower and migrant worker regulations.

1. Legal Basis & Compliance

ARGISA operates in accordance with Indonesian laws and regulations related to manpower services, overseas employment placement, and the protection of Indonesian migrant workers (CPMI), including regulations applicable to P3MI (Private Migrant Worker Placement Companies).

ARGISA is committed to lawful, transparent, and accountable recruitment and placement practices.

2. Eligibility

Users must:

  • Be legally eligible to work under Indonesian law
  • Meet minimum age and health requirements as stipulated by applicable manpower regulations
  • Agree to follow recruitment and placement procedures set by ARGISA and relevant authorities

3. Account Registration

  • Registration is intended for CPMI candidates and related parties
  • Users must provide accurate and truthful information
  • ID card (KTP) upload is NOT required for account registration
  • ARGISA reserves the right to conduct internal verification in compliance with manpower regulations

Providing false information may result in rejection, suspension, or termination of the application.

4. Recruitment & Placement Process

ARGISA facilitates recruitment and placement processes that may include:

  • Registration and interview
  • Administrative and document verification
  • Training and competency preparation
  • Job matching and overseas placement

Final placement is subject to:

  • Employer approval
  • Destination country regulations
  • Government authority requirements

ARGISA does not guarantee job placement if regulatory or eligibility requirements are not met.

5. Payments & Fees

All payments must be made through official ARGISA channels only

  • Fees are charged in accordance with applicable manpower regulations
  • Proof of payment may be required for validation
  • ARGISA is not responsible for payments made to unauthorized third parties

6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Unconfirmed or invalid transactions
  • Cancellation of services in accordance with regulatory and company policy

All refund requests are subject to administrative review.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

7. Data Protection & Confidentiality

ARGISA processes personal data in compliance with Indonesian data protection and manpower regulations.
User data is used strictly for recruitment, placement, and administrative purposes and will not be shared unlawfully.

8. Account Updates & Corrections

Users may request corrections to account data (including name corrections) by contacting ARGISA support.
No ID card upload is required for account data correction requests.
All updates are subject to internal verification.

9. User Obligations

Users agree not to:

  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Misuse ARGISA services or systems
  • Violate Indonesian laws, manpower regulations, or destination country rules
  • Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

Violations may result in application termination and reporting to relevant authorities if required by law.

10. Limitation of Responsibility

ARGISA shall not be liable for:

  • Delays or failures caused by government authorities, employers, or financial institutions
  • Visa, permit, or placement rejection by destination countries
  • Force majeure events beyond reasonable control

11. Amendments

ARGISA reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions to comply with regulatory changes.
Updates take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and manpower regulations of the Republic of Indonesia.

ARGISA FAJR INDONESIA operates under the principles of legality, transparency, accountability, and protection of CPMI rights in accordance with Indonesian manpower regulations applicable to P3MI.
